Welcome to Marlboro Contractor. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide services, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, and installation. The scope of work and pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before the job begins. Any changes to the scope may affect the cost and timeline.

2. Estimates and Payments

Estimates: All estimates are provided in good faith and based on the information available at the time. They are subject to change if additional work or materials are required.
Payments: Payments must be made in full upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks and credit cards plus tax
Deposits: For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. 40% before work, 30% middle of the work and 30% after job finished This will be agreed upon in advance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate any rescheduling requests, but this will depend on availability.

4. Warranty

We stand by the quality of our work. We offer a one year warranty on all labor. If any issues arise related to the work we’ve performed, please contact us, and we will address them promptly.

5. Liability

We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of your property while performing our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues or for any damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as faulty materials provided by the client.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is safe and accessible. This includes providing accurate information about any potential hazards, such as electrical wiring or plumbing, that may be present in the work area.

7. Use of Materials

We may recommend specific materials for your project. However, if you choose to supply your own materials, we are not responsible for the quality, performance, or warranty of those materials.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in accordance with local laws.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
